Order Tracking

  • You can track your order through our website or the carrier's tracking platform.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Petchify is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

  • Petchify is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policies

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Leave a massage in the "Contact us" tab with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions if we accept the conditions of the products.
  3. Ship Your Item: Send the item back using the shipping method of your choice.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
